Government Shakambhar Post Graduate College, Sambhar Lake is named with Shakambari Mata, Kuldevi of Chouhan dynasty. The sambhar was also capital of Chouhan dynasty. Therefore, Sambhar is a ancient and historical town. Sambhar has its own religious importance by Shakambari Mata Temple and Devyani Sarovar Concerns.
The College has completed more than 50 year of journey as a educational institution in surrounding among five VidhanSabha areas. Our endeavour to maintain teaching – learning environment and create a echo system of 4d-discipline, devotion, dedication & determination among the energetic youth. Our young talent is also engaged in NCC, NSS, Rover/Ranger & innovation cell, Career Counselling and placement cell and IIC cell etc. for enriching their exposure, further providing them a place to connect and space to grow.
